Gayle Haynie is a transplant from Michigan who moved to the
south in 1999. She has worked with glass since 1990 and has
extended her education by taking classes from some of the
best known names in the industry.
Along with working with stained glass, fused glass, mosaics in
tile and glass, she offers “one-on-one” or “group classes” in her
North Carolina studio.
Her work can also be seen at Cedar Hill Studios, The Jewelers
Work Bench, The Haywood County Arts Council, The Shelton
House Gift Shop, all in Waynesville along with Stecoah Valley Gallery, Robbinsville, NC, Sweetgrass Artisan and Mercantile inBakersville, NC and New Morning Gallery, Asheville, NC.
Most of her work is custom work and she welcomes the
challenge of designing personal art.
